Eating is one of the best thing we do in life. Without food to take a person can't survive. We need food for us to move and to help to boost our body energy. Now, I have been thinking of eating pig brains, internal organs of animals that can be eat. Is that really nutritious? or it can put our health adding risks to our body?

I believe that eating those food or internal organs sounds so good to eat. Especially when you know what to put as your sauce. I am thinking what is offal?

I believe that too much intake of something can lead to a cause of disease. For as long as you know how to control and know your limitations then there will be no problem in regards to your health.

I do not know much about nutrition from pig internal organs. All I now is that pig liver is very nutritious but also very high in cholesterol.
My favorite animal internal organ is chicken liver cooked with soy sauce, vinegar and lots of garlic. We call it "adobo" in our country. For every 100 grams of chicken liver can provide us with the following nutrients:
352% Vitamin B12, 288% Vitamin A, 140% Folate, 136% Riboflavin, 126% Selenium, 72% pantothenic acid, 72% iron, 70% niacin, 52% protein and 42% phosporous

I heard that liver is a very good source of iron. That is why if you are anemic it is advisable for you to eat those kind of foods. Have a good day.

I don't eat internal organs a lot. Sometimes I do if I know the person who prepared this. I know there's a lot of healthier options in the market today so why buy something that can harm our health. Besides, there are many delicious foods that are available and more safer to eat.

It is the best way we need to do to see to it that the food that we are eating is clean. If food is unclean sometimes it can create problem to our health. Sometimes there is a tendency that we can experience diarrhea or even worst to that. Have a good day.

Liver is a very good source of iron, the brain is a very good source of protein. Like what people said you should eat them with moderation to avoid health problems.

Chicken liver and pig liver is rich in iron and it said that it can somehow cure anemia. Liver is my favorite. There are times that I also eat small and large intestines of pig. I'm not sure though what vitamins or nutrition I will get from it.
