Health is wealth. Now as I try to research something good to our body which can help us to be healthy. There's a new discovery about carrots recently that a 600-daily calorie of non-starchy vegetables like carrots reversed type 2 diabetes in the new study. So, anyone who has type 2 diabetes this information can be helpful to you.

I heard that in the news but I'm not sure what to make of the results.
The trial only involved a small amount of people and 600 calories does not sound like nearly enough.
Some researchers disagree with this method but since diabetes type 2 is mostly diet related, changing your diet should have a positive effect.

What is that about? You please give the link or gist of information regarding the diet. I am not a diabetic. But likely to get it. So i avoid sugar.
