Hi. Do you think its right to make up your 5 to 7 year girl or boy. We know that makeup items are made from chemicals which might have side affect on the skin of small kids which might cause them skin cancer in future. The kids are still beautiful without makeup then why parents apply makeup items on the kids.Cheers.

Yes,but here is a way to educate chidren ,that is let it be.If you can not stop them, why not try it?Just let it be ,all the things will be OK.It is just my opinion, you also can leave it.After all,I am not a parent.Come on!

I don't think it's good for children to be taught to grow up too fast, as young girls wear make up far too young as it is. Plus, it could damage the skin (although I'm not sure it gives you cancer, like you suggest) and their skin will age prematurely. I think that perhaps it's okay for children to experiment with make up, but they shouldn't be wearing it every day until they're at least in their teens. At that point, they will want to wear make up and it would cause more arguments to stop them than to allow them.

Maybe if they are playing games but wearing make up shouldnt be a regular thing for children and they shouldnt be covered in make up in an over the top way, children should be allowed to be children.I watched a documentary on beauty pageants with little girls plastered in make up which i found disturbing.

Kids doesn't need to wear make up because they have sensitive and very delicate skin. It would surely damage and harm their young skin. I don't think this is right, and should be avoided as well. Kids also must be warned not to put those cosmetics in their face when no one is watching.

Really I am rather suspect for make up to begin with in many ways. Some of it is harmless, but some of it is rather not really good all things considered. There are a lot of times where there are chemicals that come out in makeup years later. Granted every now and again, not going to be all that much of a problem. However, on a constant basis, there might be some problems. I'm rather skeptical about the wearing of makeup a lot of the time. It just seems rather cheap and tacky. And any reason why I think could be possible for make up, it really does not make sense for children when you think about it. When they are eighteen and they can make the decisions, whether it will doom or help them, that is another matter entirely. It can be borderline absurd for adults a lot of the time, never mind children. Then again who really is to know. It is something that I would never really have worn as a child and really there is not many reasons if at all for adults to wear up that are logical. Many illogical reasons for sure, but rather tacky in many ways. Not to mention the ugly consequences.

They may be too young to try make-up on but I think you can let these kids wear make-up, especially for little girls in special occasions like wedding. Too much make-up can be harmful but less doesn't affect the child's growth and development. Moreover, I think it's not good to let little boys to wear make-up because ages 4 - 7 years old are the crucial years of the child's development. Where they learn things that could make a big impact on their lives in the future as an adolescent / adult. If you let little boys wear make-up as young as 4 or even a year old, they might grow up g@y. To be safe, it's better for these kids not to wear make-up, let them play with toys appropriate for their age.

I do not think its a good thing for little ones to have make up on. They don't even need it. They are so young, fresh and beautiful. I don't think it's a good idea at all. They do not need to grow up so super fast either and that's what its essentially teaching them.
