How to get breast to grow without surgery

I was watching the show Manswers a while back and it said that you can get your breast to grow from a A to a D without having surgery.I don't watch this show very often but it is a pretty interesting show. They say that it has been proven.They can grow that much they say by slapping or having someone else slap them from side to side and upward. That would be wild if that is true. If that is true someone would have to do it to both the same day or they would be lopsided 
and you would probably have to do it all the time.

Sounds like a bunch of bull to me. I have never watched the show, never even heard of it.

I have not seen this show you mentioned, but my thoughts is that slapping them as you say left and right and all about will cause them to swell. But would that swelling though be permanent. Somehow I do not think this is possible.
Unless there is something about that I am completely unaware of.

I don't know if it is possible either. The show has medical people that claim that what they say works but you never know because somethings on tv they claim to be real isn't always real.
