There is a post in my place where the company wish to hired workers selling postpaid/ prepaid phone money payment product. Did you guys heard Maxis/Hotlink before? I'm going to do the task for three days in a shopping mall. More customer I get, the more I get paid. Anyone did this kind of job before? If you are after getting big sales, then you must have a good sales personality. One is ready smiles. You must always smile as to attract interest and smiles can be inviting so smiles all the times. Patience, you must have lots of it. Good and convincing power. Talk straight and let people know that your product is good and they will miss half of their live if they will not buy it!Let people see you are using and enjoying your products, you can be the best endorser of the product you are selling.

Hi enruschew, I never do this kind of job. I saw a lot phone service salesman in our shopping complex here. Mostly they are very scary, tailing people and blocking them, and it is very annoying. My friends and I will avoid those area whenever we saw their booth from the another end. I hope I didn't discourage you in anyway. I think the best way to approach someone especially in sales and marketing would be a warm smile and be polite. If the customer really need the service, plus with your kindness, sure they will buy it from you. If they don't need anything, just politely say thank you. People feel it is nice when we being polite, who knows he/she may turn back as they walk away from ypu, realizing maybe their mother/father might need it. Anyway all the best for you and have a nice day =)

Hmm...attitude is always the most important thing...Ya, it'll be very scary and annoying. As I going to other malls before, these people were like...in hungry. Well, I think I'll become part of these people too. :p Hopefully I can deal with this task...

That sounds like a decent job. Here is some advice: Know your product so you can answer questions. Always be polite, smile and be energetic. Compliment people on what they wear, how they wear their hair, whatever you notice that stands out to make them feel comfortable. Joke with them. Be entertaining. That will help draw people to your booth. Good luck!
