Have you ever played the stock?

It had been several months now I try to play the stock but it was so hard to understand the chart movement. As I'm sure the stock will go up, the stock only rose slightly and then dropped drastically. Finally when I'm stuck in this situation I'm patiently waiting for the stock to climb back but it could be months or even years and now I'm getting impatient to wait for the stock. But if I think positively, it's like a long term investment. Instead I'm carelessly spend my money to buy something that not useful for me. :) Have you ever experienced something similar with me?

You are a rookie. So am I.
You should first check out Don McAlvany on Youtube.com
He talks about how the stock market is kinda rigged.
Listen for yourself.
People are suggesting investing in metals because they are HOT.
Also think about information cloud servers. They are services that allow storage.
Internet needs to be stored. They are getting big. Look it up. But I suggest Don McAlvany. His research seems logical. He even shows graphs. He is very clear and to the point.
Be prepared for yourself

I am not a good investor myself, so I won't have the gut to invest in stock market. I noticed that stock market rise consecutively on the last couple of days, and I know that is good time to reap some of your earning from these days. Actually, I don't have that much to invest in stock myself, so I won't risk it at all.

Hi there,
I am also in your same situation. I recently developed some interest in share trading. I am also having the problem of understand the graphs and other statistics. I haven't started trading yet, so I am not anywhere near to give you a suggestion, but can tell you what I am doing right now. I have picked a shares of three particular companies, each from different sectors. I have been monitoring them for past one month, all ups and downs, their max high and max low for a period of one year. I do listen to the new related to those companies and see how that affects the pricing of the share. I am planning to buy some shares soon. After buying I am planning to deal in the these three shares only for a sometime so that I can get use to the market. Once I am okay with those three, I will think of trading in others.
