I think our indian culture is best then other country culture. in India more festval is there which we enjoy like Diwali, Holi every one enjoy these festivel.we also enjoy the marriage way of india . because in marriage every one decorete there home . Bridel dress is also very beautiful she wear Lehanga and groom wear Sherwani . and we enjoy the Saat Phere. Every give blessing to these Couple

i did not know that festivities are the scale basis to say that a particular culture is the best. but if thats the case then i could say that my country, the Philippines has the best culture since we are doing at least two festivals in one month and actually counting up. greetings. : )

I don't think any culture is best. To say so is to be ethnocentric and to devalue other cultures and ways of life. I'm sure Indian culture is beautiful and wonderful but so are many other cultures. I think we should stay true to tradition each in our own cultures and ethnicities but we should also become learned about other ways of life and glean wisdom from them.
