How to get a call centre job in india?

Hi friends
I am in desperate need for a job in call centre any where in india,most likely in bangalore or any south indian city.How to get a job in this field?In newspaper alot of offers are there.Most of them will not be fair and will not be paying.So please give me a way to get it right.

I am not sure you are saying not fair and not paying. Isn't you work and achieve the targets and come every day for work you will be paid accordingly? Do you receive letter of appointment or confirmation letter? I think there are a lot of call center jobs everywhere especially in India. What about telesales? It is like making appointments and not doing sales.
