It is seen that most of people dye their hair may be to look younger or just preserving their beauty or may be just to give an appreciable appearance. But it is also seen people who look good with their white hair too. May be people get much acceptance with appearance even though they keep their mouth shut. More I feel at times a decent appearance could attain a bit of acceptance from other even though that individual do not speak much.

I have been in a dilemma about this. My hair has turned grey and though I am not totally white , it does show. However, with application of oil, it is less pronounced but when I take a head bath I look like an old hag.Which woman is not vain? I would like to look good but I do not want to dye my hair as yet because once I start doing this I will have to do it regularly. I am confident I look decent even with this grey hair but I used to look better earlier; what to do? One has to accept old age.

hi shamrack, I am 49 now and have quite a batch of grey hair, meanwhile. Its visible but I wont dye my hair as I am not so youth conscious. I have some wrinkles too and I dont look like 25 anymore so why should I hide that gray in my hair. Luckily its sort of silvery grey and that looks really nice.

In the last couple of years, I've noticed that I've got quite a few grey hair at the crown of my head. It's quite noticeable by people who are taller than I am but not so much by people the same height as me. I have not dyed it and prefer not to unless it gets really unmanageable or it looks unsightly. Once I start, I'll need to keep up with the dyeing which I do not like to do.

Hi!
I have a co-worker whose hair is white but he isn't that old. It's just in his genes and he actually looks fine with it.
I'm not sure about the real topic of your discussion but people who dress decently will indeed be more accommodated and appreciated rather than someone who is not dressed decently. Of course, when your appearance is respectable, you don't have to say anything because people will instantly respect you. Unless you say some bad words, even if you are wearing something nice and respectable, people will not respect you.

At the age of 50 (me), grey hairs look suitable and more rugged. I neither have an intention nor wish to change its color for whatever means. What I looked into this case, its natural color (grey) making my personality more respectable by general public and presentable as a man who can accept it as gifted ~ "macho". After all, by logic thinking, everyone of us will be experiencing the same thing someday!. What else to say! like old folks saying ~ "Just make sure one thing! Old Is Gold"

I started getting gray hair when i was 36. I have never used dye. Fake is not for me. Its all vanity that people use unnatural things to try to remain younger looking. Im a natural person and im not vain about such petty things. A friend i have from Jamacia says that gray hair is a sign of wisdom in his country. As long as i can remember my dad's mom had white hair.

I dye my hair from time to time because my hair has just lost its sheen over the years. I do have white hair at my temples but I don't even try to dye them anymore. THese hairs are so thick and hard to dye. And they don't stay dyed for long at all. I don't dye my hair to look younger.

I have only dyed my hair a handful of times, because I LOVE my natural color. Every once and a while I'll get on a kick and put in some highlights but for the most part I'm all natural. I have (hopefully) a good 30 years before my hair starts to turn white so I haven't thought to much about how I'll handle my hair when it gets to that state. But sometimes I see older women who have a silvery gray color and I think its a beautiful color, but white seems too plain sometimes. Either way at 21 I'm already tired of dealing with my hair, so by the time I'm 60 I'm not going to want to dye my hair and deal with it all the time. And if anyone can't accept that I might have white hair and thats the way I want it. . . then they can go shove it!

I don't think there is anything with dying hair, I think there are people who are comfortable in their own skin, where they don't mind keeping their white hairs intact. But, there are people who are insecure who believe that their appearance is the most important thing in society.

Hello Sham,
How are you? Hope you are doing fine.
Yes, I have noticed some white hairs (here and there) in my head and I know it is not pre-mature gray but the age is doing magic on me. I have not thinking about a dye at present, let me wait and see how it fits for me, if it adds my beauty then why I should spend money unnecessary on those products.

Hi there. Yes of course i hate to see grey hair on my head unless i was too old. But these are premature graying. I don't exactly dye my hair regularly but treat my hair with herbal oil and pamper it so that they stop graying naturally. Because using too much dye or hair color is also really too harmful

I keep those white hairs there. Even though I was young, I've had white hair in my hair. This is due to heredity factor. When I'm stressed because of my study, my white hair will grew up more. Sometimes I feel embarrassed because I have white hair at a young age.

I don't have a single white hair yet and maybe i'd dye it if i ever get one. I have dark skin and i don't think i'd look good in white hair. Maybe i'll only stop dying it when i reach the age of 70 if ever i'm still alive when i reach that.

I dye my spouting white hairs, because they are just minimal . But when time comes that they have almost covered my entire hair, then i will leave them as they are.
In the office, there are some of us who already have some white hairs. But because most of my new office mates are younger, and don't have any white hairs yet, we do dye our hair to make us look younger also.

Yes friend I also use hair dye because I have not time to for natural mehendi. I not like white hair because some family members tell me ohhh no you are not good looking due to your white hair. Nice discussion I like it. I am not do hair dye for good looking but only for appearence. Yes friend it is true some people see nice even their hair is white.
