I just had a "haircut" today:D

i sometimes have a fear on going to the parlor to have a haircut because if there is a chance that the hair cutter cuts the ear, i'm in a fear sometimes....

Hello simpld, a lot people say that it's the haircut for the "singles" therefore i think it's suited on me. not to mention I've been having this kind of hair cut for years. by the way since the barbershop settled there i never went to the parlor again.

OMG Mantis! Sad that you have to experience those. But they really do happen. So, what did you do to the salon representative who did the massage to you and to the other one who nearly cut your ears. You sure are so kind. If i were you, i could have scolded them and complained to the manager. Next time, better choose a salon that have experienced reps. Remove your fear, face what will happen next. Maybe be balded?

Probably i was a bit sleepy i thought you're one of those post to add number lotters. you can actually use skype to call land line abroad but the rates in the US are actually cheap compare to other places.but you need paypal earnings to do that. you can use mylot earnings to get funded for your skype. have a nice day

Hello myles, It does lightens the mood and less irritant having my hair cut. I just can't believe i made this long after just a few months. Where it should have been weeks before I had my hair trimmed. It's supposed to be a crew cut but the barbers cut is much more decent. have a nice day.

@Joanna: Hi! I have naturally wavy hair, so if I cut it myself, it would definitely be uneven. When I had bangs, I used to cut my bangs myself, but that's as far as I would go. Getting pampered is such a treat...I hope you can treat yourself soon! @Letran: Hi! Hair salons are known to be expensive, especially if they offer spa services as well. Before I worked at the salon that I am at, which is not a spa, I would go to a salon/spa because I finally found someone I liked and trusted with my hair. But it was expensive, so I only went a couple of times a year. When I take appointments at the salon, I am just amazed at how many people stay on schedule to get their hair done every 4-8 weeks. Talk about EXPENSIVE! But the stylists I work with (I am a receptionist) are independent stylists, so they rent their stations, buy their own products, etc., so it is a business for them and that is how they make their living. But, all in all, I'm glad you got your hair cut!

Hello Mindym, My mom do go to hair salon when ever she has money for it. but i've heard now a days that hair salon is believed to be expensive but it depends on the person demanding the style of his or he hair. i remember my mom had my niece design her hair for the Procession of Flowery May. her hairstyle was different much more like glued. have a nice day.

Hello onque, What the?!thirty four freaking dollars is definitely a lot of money to boot! having you're hair down in the parlor sure is expensive. I mean, see it all the time the price rates way beyond ten dollars, and i can only afford a dollar. am just lucky that the nearest barbershop is our neighbor. thank you so much.

Hello dismalgrin, Well, you can usually comb your hair and put some pins on it. guys are not generally fit to have a long hair unless they want to express their ideas on it or they are part of a band or something. Nails done is also just part of the grooming, who knows having long nails can make you loose your nail ripped from you're thumb skin. have anice day

Hello Louievill, Nope I didn't request for a free massage except he does it when ever the hair cutting is done. usually with shave it can last for 30 minutes. to be honest the owner prefers to be doing it with me since i am one of his first customers. unfortunately, i find him too slow so i avoid him when ever i have my haircut.they're good at least.

Hello Mantis, I have read you're other comments, it's sad and negligence on some one on the parlor would actually be careless and got you hurt. i have seen a gay stylist accidentally slashed that persons neck but not that hard, the customer didn't even knew he was bleeding. have a nice day.
