Any one facing any problems with iPad 2

I have had my ipad2 for more than a month now i think and i'm from the Philippines. I ordered it in America since ipad 2 was not available here during that time. I've read those issues about the wifi but i'm not having that kind of problem. My son's ipad on the other hand, which is the first generation has been returned to apple for the warranty since the screen turned red. At first i got mad at my son, thinking he dropped it that's why it was like that. Upon checking the internet though, i found out that it's an apple defect in the first generation and glad no such case in ipad 2.
