How do you usually spend your whole day?

I spend my whole day right in front of my computer as my job is online. I earn more than you do but the problem is i'm too busy to go to different places that i want to go. The last time i had a vacation was April 2010 and that was more than a year ago. I work on our family business on weekends and that's the only time i go out of the house since the office is next to our ancestral home. I need to travel every weekend for about 65 kilometers and spend my weekend there. I hope to travel abroad soon as i'm getting bored staying in the house and doing the same routine everyday.

My day is pretty much the same everyday. I wake up early in the moring, get dressed and head off to school. This is my last year of school and school is about to end so trying to be as punctual as I am, but it's not working pretty good. Anyway then I come back home, do some homework and then be on the computer till late at night. Pretty boring right??

I am online a lot of the time because I need money to get my cellphone cut back on so that I can apply to more places for work. Most of the time if I'm not online I am out with friends, but a lot of the times you'll find me online, and more often then not (now) you'll find me here on mylot. I have a cellphone that costs $45.00 a month, and I am doing what I can to get the $45.00 so that I can keep it cut on.

I retired in 2004 and went on SS benefits due to medical issues. I work online writing, doing surveys and on here. I would like to travel too but since my daughter and I are both on benefits I doubt we were ever be able to. I am online most of the day every day writing or doing something.

Well, I have my ups and downs. I would like to say that money doesn't always make people happy. I realize in your situation it might make things easier. However, it's not going to make you happy. Your life is what you make it. The path you take is the destination you chose. Your financial situation is unfortunate but I'm sure you are make do with what you have. I hope some day you won't have to work so hard but in the meantime you could strive for a job with a better income potential. That my wish for you.

hi Oldsix! i am a college student so i usually spend my whole day there i am 26 units and that is full load , i have many subject and after that i have an upcoming duty, yes my college life is complicated i am also busy in my business i have a small online shop and an load to all network this is what i am doing in the whole day.

I to live a plain live I generally do crafts and work online for part of the day and then when it cools down outside I go out and take care of yard work that needs to be done and of course there is the house work that needs to be done.I sometimes dream of places I would like to go if only I could,but maybe some day I can do other things.I wish you well and hope that you get a break for a little while.Have a great day.

I honestly believe when you find your dream job , it makes life more happy. Or if you can get a job that is a stepping stone toward your goal. I now see how love helps too. If you are lucky enough to have someone to love. A person who supports you then you can be so happy.

Hiya six, Wish you did´nt have to work so many Hours though. I have not been to all the places I want to go to yet but I am working on it. Happy in my own way maybe others would not be very happy doing and being the way I am but I am happy enough thank you. Hope your Son does well in College too. xxx

I am a disable person. At present I am running a shop of photo copier. I spend there 10 hours in a day. I spend 1 to to hours on internet. I have this routine. No scope of travelling. My city is my world.

As a mother with four adult kids, all of them are working now as well as my husband, everyday I was left alone at home, doing all the chores like cleaning, organizing, washing clothes and dishes, going to the market, cooking meals, looking after our 5 dogs and 2 cats. So you see, though I am alone at home everyday, I am very busy attending to all my duties as a mother and wife. I can work online on my free time and that will be mostly in the afternoon before all of them reach home. Though this has been very monotonous, I still make it a point that I love and enjoy what I'm doing.

Like you i am not rich and all i have is enough; enough to feed my myself, enough to give extra for my mom; enough to buy pairs of pump heels and wedges; enough to eat at places ahm fast food that were not so fast; enough to make my life and finish a day.. sometimes i think its not enough because i wanted to do some other things in my life like; taking masters degree or any equivalent education; buying house and lot for my parents and soon for my future family; buying some extra stuff like a new foam for my bed; a car for me not to commute and wait for a bus on weekends from our church 2 towns away sometimes i took a full packed bus it mean i have to stand for almost a hour to get home... so many things.. but when i read my bible saying there are more important things that those and enough is good because it is just what i need... i can always say i do survive how God make both ends meet for me, I think He put His both arms and connect both, that's why i have enough and He is enough and He is what makes enough MORE THAN ENOUGH...

I typically play some video games, eat some food, and go back to bed. During the week, I get up, go to work, go home, and then play video games and go back to bed. Sometimes I go to a restaurant and eat there, and then go home and play video games before going to bed. Sometimes I skip eating, and just go to bed. Depends on the weather.

My days will not be as colorful as some rich people. As usual mostly my day will be sleeping at night, wake up, going to work and spend about 9 to 10 hours in the company and then go back home then have dinner, after that to play and teach my kids, then go to sleep again. That is really like a routine job. I will only go for travel when we have save enough money. You can see how normal my life is.

I work at home while my husband works in an office. There are only 2 of us right now, but we've been praying for a baby. I do what housewives do. When my hubby comes home, a hot meal awaits. We hangout out night and share what has happened to our day. That's pretty much it, in a nutshell!

hi, actually i have a full time work and i am lucky when i duty in the place where its near in to my house,its really hard to work full time in a job especially when you only have one rest day,i will assure that i will go to my parents and play with my nieces and nephew in just one day.

Hi there Oldsix! I have a fulltime job so most of my time is spent in the workplace. Of course after work I felt tired and just head home. So my days are always spent at home and at the workplace. I was just able to go out during weekends wherein I meet with friends. This is actually my 2nd job now and I have just started. The pay is not very high and just enough but I have plans ahead. I'm just 23 so I want to do best to get a promotion. I'm starting at the bottom but I believe that in the long run I'll be able to get a better position. I'm not sure how long I'll be able to do that but I'm determined to achieve it.

Well, I'm not rich either, at least for now! :) So, I have to study to be someone in life. I'm studying Medicine and my life is pretty monotone. I wake up early to go to morning classes, then, on the afternoon, I have more classes at the hospital. At night, I come back to home really tired and, usually, I just watch some TV, come to myLot and then I go to bed.
