Every time We Break!

HAHAHA! The title is a bit funny for me..
Me and my classmates always go out and stay in a cafeteria near our school. Every time we have some dilemmas about our instructors we eat, every time we're sad we eat, every time we are happy we eat, every time we have a break we eat.. every time we had the chance we eat!
.. Some of you may know I am a problematic person, yes, and still until now! I just laughed with them every possible time I can.. But if they are not around all problems are coming back in my head again.
And am really worried. I hope I can be 100% happy anytime soon!
We sure do love eating.. and I think I need to lessen my eating habits since I think I'm gaining some weight already!

Like you I have ups and downs as well and my life is so complicated. So you're not alone. I do eat when I'm mad but not when I'm depressed. I remember not eating for a couple of days because I seemed ton have lost my appetite because of a sad event in my life.
Don't worry you're still young, you can shed off the pounds you gain from eating by exercising or studying lol! Be happy! Make it your affirmation, say I'm happy and beautiful!

Why don't you look at fruits to eat. AT least that won't add to your weight much. Snack on them and you will feel much better!

Wow! you really got a big appetite eh! There's no problem with eating a lot if and only if you are able to equate it with equal burning activities and work outs. And wow! you're a model? Come on! Figure's first for individuals like you! Haha! Try drinking lots of water rather than eating. It can make you feel full. And of course, say NO to fast and junk foods.

I guess you need to watch your diet,not to gain much weight or else your modelling career won't be pursued.
Besides,you really need to watched what you eat,don't take too much junk foods or unhealthy foods my dear.

For me eat in the exact time it is good specially when you get older so that you have not suffer lose of conduct.

Friend I am also laughing after reading your discussion every time eating really bad habit but I want to see at the time eating so take a picture in your camera and put on the profile. I can eat only 3 times a day and in the middle some time take tea or biscuits only. How is your weight. But I think you are just joking because this is not possible every time eating.

haha this discussion for me is sad.when i break with my classmates we do not talk at all.all of us become bedridden,sit in front of t.v.and keep on troubling each other ...even at sometimes tear each other's photos .i cant adjust faster with people so when we break up i am the most disturbed .i bite all my nails and keep on crying....when we are together we enjoy a lot. we watch movies,rome,and eat a lot

Yep, i know the feeling, comfort eating. Food is so much ingrained in our society but we overuse it. I'm a plus-sized person myself because of eating habits - use food in every occasion. Now I'm on a complete lifestyle change - not a diet, lifestyle change, I really need to emphasise that. Nowadays I switch to healthy foods like fruits/veggies, whole wheat products, that sort of thing. Cut out my refined sugars and high fat products (junk food). I also took up Pilates. Plus, I don't eat every time I'm feeling a certain mood. As a result I'm slowly losing weight and becoming more toned in the muscles. I hope this idea helps.

Yes, try to avoid eating always. It might make you fat.
Maybe you and your classmates could find another activity that could substitute for eating. You can perhaps go to the library to read? or any other good activity which could help you also forget your problem. ANything. . . .but not eating!
You don't like to be fat, do you?

hello dear...all have ups and downs in life and everyone tackles with it differently...i think you should try to be quiet and think why are you sad instead of spending time in eating...if this os not possible go for a movie or for shopping with your friend or for clubbing so that you are surrounded by more and more people...you can also engage yourself in work...being alone brings more sadness...its wonderful that you shared your feelings here on mylot and i am happy that there are people in this world who admit there weaknesses...its only for your betterment...as i got to know that you are a model so go for gymming when you are sad and please avoid junk food :):)
