Setting a routine

How long does it take to establish a routine? I have for the last three days worked out adding 2 minutes each time by repeating each an extra round each day. I want to know when if I am actually getting into this routine or if I am still in the beginners phase of things. Any suggestions/ideas/thoughts?

for many things, it will take time to get used-to to it. dont worry and try to do your routine as close as possible. it may take 1 week, or even a month! try to do ur routine as accurate as possible.

Thanks for the encouragement. My routine of exercising is getting there I hope anyways. I know that my rear is hurting from the yoga I did yesterday! :)

to do know what? see when you find out, please tell me!! for about a year now i keep saying to myself oh my god i am sooo tired i need to go to bed at such and such a time, i need to get into a routine, i'm going to do this and this and this and this.. and do you know what? it never ever works! lol theres always something comes up, or somethings on tv etc! i reckon a routine though, is easier if nothing changes it. because if tv shows didn't change times, and my dog didn't decide to play up, and if i always got out of work the same time, i reckon my bed time routine would be easy peasy :) so maybe instead of actually adding time onto your routine, and therefore changing your routine, you could maybe just set yourself an allocated amount of time, and time it, and do not deviate from that time?

Oh boy do I hear you on this one. No matter what I try (especially during the kids school season) I can't find a way to set a good bed time for myself. I mean I am strict about the kiddo's bedtime but after they go to bed I seem to have so much to catch up on. If I could add just a little more time to the day I may be able to accomplish it all! :)
