What do you miss most about being a child?

Being an adult is quite an exhausting phase of life. You can have all the money but you may be lacking time with your friends or family. Sometimes, I am thinking of my old childhood memories like playing outside regardless what the weather is. You are happy as long as you're with your friends playing in the field or with your cousins. And then the next thing you will look forward to when you go to bed at night is what you would be playing the next day. Happy posting!

That is so true. Being an adult is accountable for everything that is happening with your life. Especially when it comes to handling time. It's just sometimes frustrating that whenever you're rushing things to cope up with all the hectic schedules you have, time seems to be running fast as well. While we were kids , it seems that time is quite slow. God bless to us!

What I miss being a child is having less complications in life and the worst problem was not being able to buy chocolates or a toy. I miss the simple happiness that I had when I was a child. Playing with my siblings, laughing and fighting with them and being taken care of my parents?

I miss being stress free. With bills, work, taking care of my own kids and everything else that I pile into my day, sometimes it would be nice to not have to worry about anything.

Being stress free is one of the things an adult can wish for even just for a day. When we were a child, I guess I was just stressed whenever my parents are mad at me and that's it. But now you have to keep yourself under pressure to meet your boss' expectation or your spouse and kids.

Money is what I also miss when I was still a child. I need to ask my parents for my daily allowance and did not hear any complaint from them. Now I understand how they feel and became more responsible with my own money.

I miss having an innocent mind, back then as a kid all I could think about was toys, disney channel, nickelodeon or cartoon network. Nowadays, I could care less about playing with toys, or even playing games because I'm so caught up in work, and other stressful problems. I miss going to the park and playing tag, I miss how me and my friends use to argue about who's going to be it. As a kid, life just seemed more happier and more peaceful.

That's what I am most thankful about being a kid. Compared with the generation now, I grew up with lesser technology and making the most of playing and doing outward things with my playmates and friends. It is good to know that you are spending time with the nature than the computer. It always seem to be a fulfilling day back then.

Playing with my cousins back then seems endless. Endless joy, senseless fights everything seems to be natural and smooth. We do not mind about other people's issue as long as we're together. I just miss playing Barbie with them. Now, we all have our own "Barbie" to feed and guide.

I have a toddler right now, and I think what I miss most is the ability to sleep whenever I wanted to.
Other than that, I think I'm about the same. I was a pretty responsible teenager, and I had a lot of things to do _ I definitely don't miss the uncertainty or the lack of control.

I miss not having to be responsible. Now I have to take care of everything, all bills, all responsibilities of being a parent, following all the right rules, making sure everything is taken care of. It would be nice not to have to worry everything is ok.
When I was a kid I never cared if a storm would come up, yet now I have to turn on the news or look up the weather channel or website in case the weather is severe with all the crazy weather we've been having. I miss not having to be responsible for everything.

I was smiling when reading your comment. We also have the same idea in mind. Not being able to mind those bills coming and don't mind about what would you be eating for smack or dinner and leaving those things at my parents' hands. Now I guess it's reversed. Being an adult is being responsible too.

The one thing I miss the most is lack of responsibilities. It was awesome to just have no cares at all, to be able to have fun without worrying about money or bills or even education, lol! I also miss all the friends I used to have and the good times. Oh, and of course the cartoons! Some of the best cartoons were on TV when I was growing up. Nowadays they're all crap. Ah well, I guess now I know what "the good ol' days" means.

being a child, you can be happy with so simple things and you don't have responsibilities to worry about. what i particularly miss about childhood is playing in the rain with my siblings.

We were very close as siblings when we were kids. We used to have so much fun together in the midst of little fights but as we grew and each of the siblings got married and there were children we drifted to such a pass that we hardly ever meet now.

I miss being a kid when I am stressed and really occupied of so many things. I miss being a kid because they don't have problems to think, no issues to solve, they are just being them always,no pretensions, no pressures, just enjoying life.
