Raina fined in Second Test (IND VS WI)

The stylish Indian batsman Suresh Raina was fined 25% match fee for showing dissent at the umpires decision. Though Suresh Raina has accepted the mistake but I think it was harsh decision by the umpire. What do you guys have to say?

ya raina got fined, but he just reacted to the wrong decision of umpires. and why the ICC is not taking into consideration, the situation in which Raina expressed his unhappiness.

This is the irony of the ICC rules. The decision was really poor and Raina was trying to see if it can be overruled. ICC then goes on to punish him for this behavior. Anyhow, I think BCCI reluctance to use UDRS is another reason that this kind of situation takes place. Cheers! Ram
