Rising price on grocery shopping

Budgeting should be constant but some situations involving money is really inevitable. Whenever I find myself in the grocery I make sure that I keep a list with me and stick with it. Sometimes it is hard to control being an impulsive buyer but with all the prices going up you would have to have a self discipline and focus on your budget. Hopefully we can do something about the uncontrollable increasing of the prices in the market.

I am hoping that food prices will come down soon. It is rediculous that food prices keep on rising even though gas prices are falling. Last week my husband and I wanted to buy fruits and vegetables but the prices were too high. I try to stay within budget, but I never have any luck. My husband and I are down to one meal per day and things continue to get worse we may be having one meal every other day.

The prices are rising far too quickly for my liking. Usually, around this time of year, I get a pay rise to keep up with inflation, however this has not been the case this year because of the recession and the fact that my company cannot afford to do so, so that means that my pay has not increased in line with the increases of other items in the shopping centres. I am finding that more of my wage has to be used to pay the bills, rather than in the past where it has been used to buy clothes and fuel for my car. I am having to go without more of the finer things in life because of the state that our country is in, and I don't think it is fair on those who are living in the general population at the moment.

I have learned to stock up on things when there is a sale. I will always be able to use pasta at some point for some recipe and it will not go bad. Same with canned goods. When there is a sale on lunch meat, I freeze a bunch of it. Staying on a budget with the cost of everything going up and the salaries staying the same is hard. We blew our budget last month, so i am hoping to be even more frugal the next two or three.

Yes friend now every day to day using commodities price is increasing day by day and for normal person live the life is tough. Our full month budget is failed due to this high prices product.

Well with the economy being what it is, I am sure most people feel the same, will buy store brand products to save money. Lucky for me that I live right down the block from ShopRite so I could just walk to the store without wasting gas. I already buy store brand products because in ShopRite most of their products are always on sale or cheaper. I feel that if things keep up like this, the name brands will fade out. I am not saying all of them but some might. In addition to that, they will at least feel the pinch of their products not selling well. I personally don't care. It's a matter of survival so I will buy the cheaper priced product.

I've never been one to spend a lot of money at the grocery store because I've always cooked from scratch, used coupons when it made sense to, buying store brands, looked for mark downs and sales and so on. Now, I work even harder at it and have been baking things like cookies and bread that I would have bought before. I do have a well stocked pantry and have been using from that. I will restock that as sales or marked downs are available.

Groceries are definitely expensive. We would have mor emoney for other things if we didn't have to eat. We stay on a budget also.

that's not new to me actually. Prices here has always been rising instead of going down . Most of the time products would announce an increase rather than the decrease on the prices . I got used to the already. But it was never easy to cut down on the things that I would need to or want to buy . I would always prioritize buying the more important things than those I can survive without

Groceries have gone up quite a bit here too. I find it easier if I make a menu and then the grocery list and stick to it. Buy where I know certain items are cheaper. Like I know the coffee we like is almost eleven dollars at Walmart but only 7 dollars at Dollar General, so of course I buy it there.

Yesterday my husband and I went to buy bread and we were in shock that it was over 4.00 for a loaf of white bread. If prices of bread keep going up I may have to start making my own bread. I think it is terrible that gas prices are going down, but yet food prices are still rising. I have a bad feeling that if prices continue to rise people will not be able to afford eat. I make my own food instead of buying boxed food and it is still expensive.

The price of groceries is going up. Even my parents, who buy offbrand stuff said that even the offbrands are going up.

It is real that the every thing include are prize higher and higher in the whole world .It has many reason like as inflation, overcomes of multinational companies,Most money together in some hands and lastly present global economic system.This thing is badly effect of people income and They are living hand to mouth.It also effect on peoples health because they cuts their expensive to purchasing grocery yet they to ran their life little bit.
