hey guys just wanted to know that online shopping safe or not ...yesterday i was surfing web when i came across online shopping sites like ebay.i am curious that is there any kind of fraud in it like i order new pair of shoes and getting refurbished one's.i also wanted to know that the personal information i submit should be safe or not and please guys suggest me some best online shopping websits.thanks

Ebay is usually pretty safe. Before you buy you just want to see the seller's rating and if they have positive feedback or not. Ebay and Amazon are two really good online shopping sites, you should definitely look into them.

thanks for your help buddy....just wanted to know one of my friend buy used black ops from ebay and they send him pirated one...is this generally happen??

No, that usually doesn't happen. I've bought video games and dvds from ebay before and they've been fine. You just have to go to the seller's profile before you buy to make sure they have a good rating and good feedback from people that have bought from them before

I use eBay, and Amazon, but for eBay and Amazon, I always check user feedback when I'm buying from the seller. Also a good site for online shopping is Walmart.com, you can have things shipped to your house from the site and it doesn't take too long.

Yes, I also see many sites these days on the internet promoting online shopping. In fact, the products they are carrying are quite impressive, and the prices look quite reasonable too. But, for me, I prefer to see the things with my own eyes first before deciding to buy it. So, online shopping so far has not been the way for me.

It is safe to purchase online and it saves a great deal of money. All you have to do is to take some precautions like checking if the payment is secure or not i.e. the payment gateway is encrypted or not. you can do this by changing a feature in browser to display when ever you land in the encrypted network and hence you will know that the site is encrypted.
specially on ebay do not forget to make a check on your supplier...

Depends of the site that you buy. Ebay usually is safe, but not always of course. You have to look for a good rate seller, I usually only buy from seller with more than 200 positive feedbacks. But, I already didn't received my order twice. I don't know if the fault was from the seller or the shipping company.
Also, I don't buy things too expensive, because depends of your country, I know a lot of histories that people that work on the shipping company steal good value electronics and stuffs like that.

Hey guys online shopping safe and not safe is depend on your self.If you are shopping with well known website like as amazon,abay then it pretty comfortable and safe.On the other you are shopping online from anonymous and un well known website its not safe for you.
