I had a dream that I had to take tea time meds at 6pm in addition to my morning meds and night time meds. This upset me profuselly as I already have a large cocktail of medication, particularly at night. I can find it difficult to get off to sleep, even with various sleeping tablets I have taken and this then makes me very drousy during the day. I nearly fell asleep in mum's car yesterday. It least I wasn't behind the wheel lol!
