I have always thought to myself that the only way for me to grow in terms of knowledge and performance from a job is to first LIKE it. I mean, what would be the sense for applying for a job that you don't like in the first place right? For me that is were the motivation would start.
But I've seen countless people, friends among them, applying for jobs that they do not like or want in the first place just to earn money. They say its not what your really like that makes you grow, its what you make out from where you're at.
Now I want to ask your opinions mylotters.
Do you agree or disagree with me? why?
THANK'S FOR FUTURE RESPONSES!

I agree with you that you must like your job for you to be motivated. However, there are things that may suprise you. You may not like a certain job at first but once you have tried it or mastered a certain part of it, it may change your view. It is true that many people dont like their jobs in someways but as long as you are well compensated, for me it's fine. Moreover, I always find something fulfilling in my job to buffer those i don't like from my work.
