I have my part-time job back!

Well not really! Right now I am working out at the stable when needed. I have filled in a few days here and there. It is a start! I hope I can work some week days soon on a regular basis! Right now I am glad to fill in and help out! It is a start! I will be doing am feeding on the 4th of July next. This makes me feel better!

Wow! Fantastic! Believe it or not, I didn't see the fireworks and I'm only 8 miles away from D.C.! I saw The Bachelorette and made my sister's birthday cake but I didn't see any fireworks.

I did the morning feeding on the 4th. If I didn't have to work my regular job I would of done the evening feeding,too! At least when I got home I didn't miss the fireworks! I can see them from my apartment! LOL!

Well, at least you'll be working there a couple of days. That's a good start, at least. Hopefully, you'll be able to work more hours, but at least you will be able to fill some days every now and again.

I fed on Monday morning and I should be doing more feedings,at least on weekends,coming up. I miss the income! At least the money I have been making now I am putting towards a new muffler for my car! My car needs it!

Good for you! it is really a good start. With the economy right now, finding a stable job is hard. Whatever is available is good as long as it is clean and you are not hurting or stepping other people.

When I did work there alot more,I really liked the extra income! I didn't lose the job to the economy. I lost it to very bad money management by the owners! Now the owners are leasing the stable out I am being patient waiting for even more hours then I have been getting! I will take whatever I can get!

Glad to hear that you are at the Stable again, and hope it can continue to where it turns into something more on a regular basis. Having something to do that you enjoy makes it more worth while. Even though I hate my job at times, there is still days I still do enjoy it. Being there 5 yrs. next week does bring some Surprise as well.
