To be in love again after a breakup...........how much time?

I would like to know that how much time would a guy take to be in relationship after a breakup.He is my best friend who had breakup with his gf and he knows that i love him and once he had feelings for me too.Now im supporting him during his hardest time.

It depends on the guy. Sometimes some guys can be out of a relationship one day and be in another one the next. But, they say the best way to get over an old love is to get a new one. If you are interested in him, I wouldn't throw myself on him, but just be there for him, and maybe those feelings for you can develop again.

It can vary from person to person and there really is no set date one can estimate. I would say the more time the better as this way he can get the ex love out of his system before, getting involved with a new one. Doing so too soon will cause the guy to bring baggage to the new relationship.
Being that he loved and cared for you, maybe he will realize soon. Best of luck.
