What is the procedure to register to GPTPF ?

I have heard that that site is paying 10 cents per post but when I went there, I can not see any registration option, so how to register there - can anyone tell me ? Also tell me, if someone has been paid by that site or is it a scam? Thank you.

I am also looking for the registration form of the GPTPF but I can't find it. I also want to register in the site because I've heard that it is a legit site and also a good earning site.
