I have this dream restaurant. It's going to be oriental, cozy, earthly atmosphere. I have planned out inside my head how to treat the guests, how to make my employees one of my good friends, how to extend my services to those who can't afford, and how to create linkages. But there's one obstacle. I have no sufficient funds. But I believe that if I dream, then it shall come true. So I ask for your opinions or any ideas you might want to share? Thanks in advance!

Keep talking about your dream. You'll never know who you're going to meet who might have the same vision as you.
Starting a business needs a LOT of help. You need to be doing research which shouldn't be a daunting task because this is your passion anyway.
Getting a business loan also helps, but you should be able to take whatever money you have and use it wisely. Make investments.
Your idea to serve to those who cannot afford is a GREAT idea! Maybe you can't do that during business hours? If you want that to happen, you might want to contact a local church that has a feeding program. A lot of establishments donate their food to charities but if you want to use your future restaurant as a place of outreach, then you might want to do this after or before business hours.
Just start by talking about your dream. Open yourself to other people and their own ideas.
