What is the grossest thing you have ever seen at a restaurant?

I would like to hear your stories. I have a few. :-) I have worked as a waiter for years... so... Someone brought in a assistance animal in training. The girl was seated at one table eating, and then moved to another table and was hanging out with friends. She was in there at least an hour. I walked up to the table delivering the bill and kinda wiggled my finger at him (he was very friendly, but of course I didn't pet him) and noticed didn't respond and seemed to be shaking. Next thing I know, a friend was gaping and pointing at the dog... He had an accident. And it wasn't the nicely formed doggie doo kind... It was bad, he was obviously sick. I brought her towels, gloves, a bag and cleaner. Stunk up the whole restaurant, and I had folks sitting right near there! "Come with me folks, take ANY other seat you want in the place." It smelled for about 20 mins at least. That is the worst ever. And the girl continued to come back... yes without the dog. LOL! A baby projectile vomited all over the table, thankfully after dinner. - A coworker went to the people and gave them gloves, towels and cleaner and told them they had to clean it up... and they were my guests!!! I was not happy. I told them to get their baby home, that I could use the gloves and take care of it. They left me $10, as well as another guest that saw the whole thing. Worth it? In my book, yes. In Peru, our group was presented with guinea pig brought out on a platter. Whole. They didn't eat it whole... but... the presentation made it's impact. I did not try any. Neither did our interpreters lol, that was my cue. What have you all seen?
