Miryana, Your problem is not strange. I think you had a problem that is described as "stage fright" Many of us grew up to be very shy and we can not do so many things in the public.I think this problem can be solved by learning to socialise with people. It is ideal to make friend and laugh with people.

Great Ideas everyone! I ll try them and I really hope that they help because I really do need to get rid of this because I am planing to work with people and I won't be able to do that if I get stressed out every time I have to speak infront of them

Its not difficult at all. First you try and do it in front of the mirror where you are the audience and after a couple of attempts you can do it with family members and gradually may be in front of friends and in a few months you will be ready to face the public without any fear.

I get so nervous whenever I have to talk in front of a large group of people. I don't feel like I have to pass out or anything, I just get really nervous. Now I'm not so bad when I have to do presentations in school. Before I have to go up and talk in front of people, I try not to think of what I'm about to do. This way, I don't get so worked up about it and it gets me less stressed. Also, if you have to take turns before you go up and speak, try and volunteer to go first so then you can get it over with

i have the same problem in pre-college times. but when i go to college and many test in college require public speaking slowly that nervous is gone and i start to talk as if i talk to a friend. you can try first by joining some kind of debate group.
