No matter what it is ,write down your feeling then it wouldn't be so hard to stand. Thanks for pen and paper existing. But I dont like to wirte diary. Because there's always someday nothing happened or someday you don't feel the mood to write. Now I changed my writing habit into write the events that trigger my emotion change. Write down the bad feelings and the good feelings and what's truely going on and solution to the problems. It helps me to see through the world and myself. So what kinda writing type you are?

Definitely I agree with you. Writing makes me feel better especially when I'm in a depressed mode. Through writing I am able to express my feelings. Though I admit I am not an expert writer and I just discovered it just recently that I can write just like any writer in the world. Now I am not developing my writing skills and I can say that I love what I'm doing right now.

Yes, I agree that writing sometimes makes you feel better especially if you are going through something that you cannot express in words. Writing can express all what you are feeling and wanted to say to a certain person.

I'm the type of person who keeps a journal, write down special events and varying emotions in my life. I write down to express things that I couldn't tell to people close to me. I write down my frustrations and anguish. It does help me feel better and somehow calms me down. That's why I couldn't give up on writing.

Yes, I agree with you that writing makes us feel better especially after an emotional turmoil. Actually, it is a therapy for people who considered writing an outlet to vent emotions. On the other hand, it is also advisable that when we are angry, we should not write to anyone there and then what we feel, because sometimes you may regret what you have written to the person concerned. You could not anymore undo what you have done.

I wish I had done a diary, but never took the time to do it.
I love writing. I find myself learning about things even when I thought I already knew everything about the subject.
But you are right writing down your feelings and going back whether you are in a bad or good mood and comparing to how you felt at the time, it sometimes help you understand why you felt a certain way at that time.
I now work online for clients and write articles for them.
I never knew I could still learn and I am turning 59. But with the variety of articles offered I find myself all through the realm of learning.
I sincerely do love to write.
Have a wonderful day and WELCOME TO MYLOT!
