pendrive woes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i live in india i bought a 16gb pendrive for 1200rs,,that is equal to 20$,,,i so its cheap price and bought it,,,first day it was fine,,,second day,,it slowed a little,,then on the third day itself,,,the files on the pendrive started to corrupt,,,whenever i put something to transfer to another site,the matter would be corruptd,,,,i has also thrown away its cover,,,which was its warrenty,,, now what to do???hav u been in this same situation?
