Which Asian Horror film is the best and the most scary?

I'm one of the fans of asian horror films. For me, Shutter (Thai) is on top of my favourite's lists. Can you guys help me to find the most scary asian horror film that i can watch? Especially from Thailand and Japan.

If there's one movie that I can call scary, it's One Missed Call (the Japanese one cause the remake isn't that scary). I wasn't able to sleep well the night I watched the movie. It was the last Asian horror movie I watched and I'm not planning to watch another one due to the fright I experienced.

Exactly. I feel scared to watch it again. Too bad it wasn't able to build reputation like the other Japanese horror movies.

Yup. But if you still wanna watch horror movies again. Try to watch films from Thailand. For example, Phobia. Quite an interesting horror film.

Have you seen "old Boy?" I hear that is an Asian horror movie The movie I recently watched that was to me really horrible was The Human Centipede. Its made in France though. But its enough to curl your toes. Wonder if you have seen it?

Its really sad and horrible. From what I understand it is based on a true story if my memory serves me right Also, It is a Dutch movie sorry I thought it was from France.

Hi there It's on me! I haven't seen the movie, Shutter. The Asian Horror Films that I like are: The Maid, The Eye and The Ring. They are all good movies and you should watch them if you haven't seen them yet.

Hi bhabycatch013, Thanks :) Coming soon? I've watched it before. The ghost was awesomely scary. LOL The best scene is when the ghost flew in the air and moved towards the man/girl (if i'm not mistaken) Happy mylotting too and have a nice day :D

The scariest asian movie horror, Coming Soon. Yes, I believe Shutter is the scariest too, but the ghost isn't scary as Coming Soon. There were all the same production : Pang Brothers. Am I right?

Ya, I've watched it before. I would say, as compared to shutter, this film won't leave you freaked out as you walk out the theater. It does however, provide scares that are totally unpredictable. I got shocked like 3 to 4 times. Interestingly, the film has a twist in it. However, the film has nice scares, nice storyline and twist. Yup, I would say that the lady is very scary looking ghost. Thanks for the response :)
