How do I post a picture with my response to a specific disussion?

Hi friends, I tried to find an option to upload a picture with a response of mine to a particular discussion. But I couldn't find any. I have seen other people posting photos with responses. Now, why can't I or can I? Please help.

To post images in responses and comments you will have to wait until you have a user rating of 500.
Until then you can only post them when you start a new discussion (and in your interests and your profile, but in your profile they don't earn for you).
Please read the Guidelines and the FAQs because it is important to know which images you can and cannot post.

Thanks a lot. I will read the instructions. I do not want to do a blunder this time. I have done enough. And ya, I shall post pictures with my new discussions. It is nice to earn from picture posting, that is, it's my future prospect!

It is best if they are your own images and of course they must be relevant to the topic. Good luck!
