Finally, some time off.

And when I say some, I only mean a day. Sad but true.
However, I'm glad to get at least a day off, I do need it, I am so tired.
I sat in our kiddie pool for a little while, it was nice to be able to relax in there, even though it's small and I can't do anything in it.
I can't be out of the cast for long, my foot hurts too much to do so still, but tomorrow I'll be staying off of it as much as I can.
I finally offloaded the dog food, that's a load off of my mind, and we now have a little bit of space back in that room again, so Tiger has a little bit of space.
I still have to cut the grass, I'll be doing that tomorrow, but that's all I'll be doing.
We were supposed to camp out in the backyard tonight, but it's threatening rain, so it looks like it's not going to happen. That's pretty disappointing.
As of the middle of the month, I will have the money raised to get Tiger neutered, and hopefully will have a home for him by the end of the month.
I'll be trying to get his sister in the house so I can get money raised to have her spayed. Should have that by next month.
So finally I get to relax, even if it is only for a day, but at least it's better than nothing.
I tried to do a money transfer on Thursday, completed it yesterday, but for some reason, my bank didn't complete the transaction. So the money is sitting, rather floating in cyberspace and I have to wait until Monday for it to come through.
I'm not amused by this since I'm depending on it to pay the rent and my insurance on Monday, so it had better come through. I can't transfer any other funds as they're still on hold thanks to the holiday and it being the weekend.
I am going to sleep well tonight, I know that for sure.

I can see that even though you have a day off your brain is still running as fast as it can and you are not making a point to enjoy a few minutes of rest. I do that as well.

I'm always like that, I have no idea how to slow down.
I'm so tired, I should be in bed right now, but I'm still up doing stuff.

YES!! Finally a little time off. Gosh you deserve it. Even if you did not do anything at all, try and get some much needed rest. Especially for your hurt foot.
I know you probably have a lot sorted as to what needs to be done, but my thinking is that if you took a day off, and simply did nothing you may be able to do more as you will be well rested. Take care and am really glad at least a day off from work.

I may only have one day off, but I'll be sure to relax after I get the grass cut. That's an important thing for me to do as no one else is allowed to use the work lawnmower but me.

I hope your day off went well and I hope your transfer went through. I hate how long it takes to transfer money. It makes it really difficult to get things accomplished. Maybe you can camp out on another night when it isn't raining. Have a great week!!!

You are more busy on leave than that you are at work. Perhaps,I made a fool of myself. When I made a comment on one of your discussion ,I mistook the tiger you refered to for the real tiger. However ,so far I am not clear What on earth It is.Whether Tiger cat or a cat's another name and the like?

"I am going to sleep well tonight, I know that for sure." this is an interesting sentence. Stop worrying. Worry kills initiatives and experts. You will get what you deserve at a time destined for you to get.

Hi kris182_2000,
Good for you! Everyone needs a break, a time for yourself. Relax and make the most of your day off. We're almost the same. Today, I finally get a chance to do things I should have done a long time ago. I was so busy doing bunch of assignments at work. Haha! Cheers! Let's pamper ourselves. :D

hi kris glad you will be able to get Tiger spayed soon. money transfers are the pits as they tell you it will be four to six business days and leave you holding the bag hoping to get that money to pay those bills that really cannot wait. like rent and insurance. How can you let tiger go after all you have been through with him? lol one does fall in love with them for sure. I miss not having a cat but while I can have one here if I put one hundred dollars down and agree to pay thirty dollars more on the rent and I just do not have that kine of money.
