Don't you hate it when the Internet connection goes on and off?

Thankfully have not had that problem for a while yet. Hopefully I did not just jinx myself. However, yes, this is a really bad issue for a lot of people to say the very least. Especially those of us who rely on the Internet to earn money or to go to school or for something other than mindlessly fooling around. Then I have the "pleasure" of calling customer service, to try and get the problem fixed. Given some of the people who work there, they are of little help. And its actually kind of agitating that it always goes off at the worst possible time. So frustrating, I really do hate when it happens so very much. It is a sad, sad state of affairs as well. Especially when its when you are in the process of backing up your work and this happens. Yeah, not good times, but if I have to deal with the Internet going wonky again, it will be all too soon.

for sure I do. Doesn't happen to me that often but then again I rarely go online these days some friends I keep in touch with, also keep having connection problem it frustrates them to the point they stop getting online for weeks my close friends have my phone # so they can reach me that way but as far as posting online, they have to type it on Notepad first just in case

THe only thing I hate in my life is getting disconnected from the internet though. I did like to get connected with a lot of friends all over the world to make a better living. BUt the no connectivity thing is making me really mad.

this can be an annoying nuisance. it usually has to happen when you are doing something you consider to be very important. frustration can go to the top of the list when the internet goes.

hello babyanna, I hate it really specially if I am uploading pics or posting comments then my connection will go offline it pisses me off . I hope your connection will be good next time happy mylotting have a great sunday

corse, it is annoying when these things happen, although by me I have a different problem, namely my router's got a faulty plug ('bout time i get a new plug), and it turns on and off every few hours, which is annoying because i keep on getting disconnected from my games and downloads.

Yesterday, I was downloading torrent and the internet goes off for a while. I was so frustrated because I was only down to 10% and the file would be finished. Whenever this happens, if it cannot be saved by repair - I usually shut down my PC and have it turned on again. And it works. The network gets refreshed. But sometimes, my method is not really applicable if the net goes off -sometimes, the problem rises with the connection itself that you need to contact your internet provider.

I hate it when my internet connection goes on and off as well; especially during one of my games. When I am playing an internet game such as League of Legends or Starcraft, my frames per second drop to the single digits, and I get overall pissed about it. I wish I had a better Internet service provider so that kind of problem does not occur as often, because there is almost nothing I hate more than getting disconnected from a game!

GRRR! Is how I feel when it does happen as usually it happens when I am waiting for the page to load on something I am submitting. It becomes a pain and wished it did not happen but unfortunately it does sometimes. It feels like the internet knows I am limited and or in a hurry with time. lol Hopefully yours will be up and running smoothly.

I hate it too! I use my phone to go online and use it also to download files. There's this time when I was downloading a big file. I downloaded half of it when I peek through my phone, when I came back expecting the file to be in my phone already, ERROR says my phone. I lost connection while I was downloading! I was pissed of because it was a 699mb file. It took me an hour to download the half and that just have to happen.

Well nobody knows the pain better than me.It really hurts when the connection goes off.I use a usb wireless internet.The service provider is a Russian company.IT disconnects every 10 minutes.AT some times it works nicely for 3 to 4 hours but after that hell lot of disconnections happen.Its takes about 15 minutes to connect it for the first time in a day and then it works for an hour with out a trouble.but after that one hour I shout this word "youuuuuuuuu...." every 15 minutes.At some times it donot even last for 3 minutes.It specially annoys me when the connection goes off when i press the comment button.All the typing that i do goes waste.Especially on mylot since copy paste is not permitted here.But on other forums i use COPY TO NOTE function of opera for every line i type. I remember the last time it worked for long hours is 14 hours and that was 4 months ago.I am using this service even after because it is the only service provider here.The others are hell lot of bad than this.

Yes, it really pisses me of. There are times that I have experienced such and its really frustrating most especially when I am mylotting. There are times that I submit upon typing all my replies and as I submit, the page fails to load. Well, I have to type the whole text again.

Our connection goes on and off when the weather is not good. And it is so disgusting when it's hard to connect and specially if we have a very important thing to do online.

Hello BabyAnna, That's probably why I have decided to have my internet subscription upgraded again to at least 1mgps. when it was just 384kb I hated the speed that I kept getting low speed browsers and error in the internet. that's why before i chose to download OPERA it was good at first but the slowness is starting to affect it.. it's been months but now with my new speed i can do post better than before.

For me yes a big yes because my transaction is not good and I mess whole life in a one day that no mylot.

Good day Babyanna, I do also hate when the internet goes slow. As this situation really makes me mad. I remember last month when we apply for an internet connection, that on the second day, the connection was really interrupted that much. That almost all of my paper works got pending. And it was only last weeks of last month when the connection was really repaired since the speed really goes fast.

I really hate when this happens, actually is happening to me right now. I recently changed my router and, since then, my internet connection goes on and off. Usually, stay off for a couple of minutes only, but that really bothered me. I'm thinking in buy a new router to see if that's is the problem, which I think it is, because when only one notebook is using the internet, everything is ok. But, when 2 or more notebooks are using, the internet connection don't work well.
