hi im new to affiliate programs and i would like to know if anyone is earning with them? if any answers please get back to me,would also like to know whats the easy beginners affiliate programs to start with.

I used to work for one dating affiliate for 1 and half year back and earned a decent amount. The promotion is the most tough part of affiliate marketing whether it is selling product or lead generation because social media no longer allow placing tracking links of affiliate sites.
now the best way is start website and let it get some visitors then place some relevant links. Cpalead, Adcommunal are good affiliate network easy to join working with them is also good.
