Meditation: a need or a habit?

Now I realize that meditation makes our life easier to be supported. When it becomes a habit, your body asks you to meditate, so what at first seemed difficult, over time it shows a need. You realize the practice of meditation? When it gets to meditate without miss?

I agree with you.Mediation makes our life tension free and happy.In the initial stage of practicing mediation it is very difficult to concentrate.But slowly slowly it becomes a habit and part of our daily routine.I am practicing mediation and yoga for the last 5 years and it benefited me a lot

True, meditation is a practice. Althrough it is difficult at first, over time the benefits will show increasingly evident.

I agree with sree meditation makes our life free of tension and happy. Memory power is strong due to this. But concentration is very difficult because our mind is moving here and there. To control of our mind is hard.

Mediation is an oldest form where one can achieve a way to self realization. Its roots are deep in the Indian literature where they do Yoga and really healing process the Indian people have. One can visit YouTube and learn from them. I too find it very beneficial.

Hi. MY experience with meditation is very good, i would even say that it was a need in this modern age. I have meditated for a few month and i felt better more focused and relaxed at the same time. But all of my obligations took the time from me to continue with my practice. Now i want to come back to it and reap the benefits again. i need the tranquility.
Today's problems are in me speed of our lives, it's just too fast and we need meditation to keep our sanity and motivation unless we want to become slaves to our everyday routine and stop our growth.

I think meditation help in so many ways.Meditation can help to resolve the
deepest of neuroses,fears and conflict which play their part in cousing stress
and ill health.Meditation good for people with high blood pressure as it brings
the B.P.to normal.So i am big fan of meditation.

Its true. Meditation will give us calm mind and positive energy. I am doing Meditation as well as yoga on a daily basis and I am feeling very good whole day.
