menstrual cramps is really irritating. To alleviate this i surf the net and some books to get a hints to minimize this. And this are a helpful guide:
* maintain a positive attitude * increase activity
*Load up with fiber * stay calm and avoid stress
*cut out caffeine and alcohol * decrease dairy intake
*sit in a tub of warm water * pain reliever (OTC) like Ibuprofen
Some Supplement that can help
Vitamin C, B6, and E, Calcium and magnesium
It help me. Hope this will also help some ladies who is suffering from menstrual cramps.
