Tips on purchasing a Monitor

I am in dire need of a monitor but cant think any good ones to buy. My current monitor is in a very bad condition and keeps on flickering all the time. Its brightness is way too high and is affecting my eyes. One of the monitors that i liked was AOC F22 can anyone suggest me similar other monitors that i can purchase. My budget is Rs.10000. I woud prefer a 22 inch monitor.

Try samsung LCD monitors. I have never had any problems using it.
