No. Your main concern now will always be your 'paunch'. Abdominal crunches are great for that! The trick to weight loss is to build muscle. Muscle burns fat. It also takes up a lot less room on the body. Plus you will build your overall body strength.

I have been trying to lose weight for awhile, I finally gave up all my pop and I think I have atleast went down 1 size, just by drinking juices and water. Good luck, I have faith you can lose it.

Get past the sweet cravings and drink lots of water, and exercise. And congratulations ladies on your babies !!! Time really flies by, so enjoy, weight is the last thing you will have to worry about.

Hi Sassymouth! I'm trying to lose weight. 48 lbs to be exact. I've been on the Atkins for 1 week now and have lost 6 lbs. I'm pretty excited. I've done just about every diet out there, and the atkins was the only one that worked. Best of luck to you!
