In cats, gestation normally lasts 63-65 days. Siamese cats may be a little longer. Here is a good, short guide which will help you understand what is going on and how to care for your cat while she is pregnant and during the birth of the kittens: http://www.cpvh.com/Articles/37.html

You might want to consider having her neutered after her second litter otherwise you will have an awful lot of kittens to dispose of!

hi, it would take normally four to five months of time for a normal and healthy cat.If the cat of yours is for the second time then it would not be that difficult as it had the experience of how to care and give birth. Some would give birth to four to six kittens if its healthy.Very few give birth to eight or ten kittens ,however only six or five will survive as the mother cat will not be able to feed all the kittens.

Gestation is only about two months in most cats. It is never as long as 'four to five months'!

It depends on how many she is carrying. It takes longer for six kittens to grow than for one kitten.
