Well, I can advise two ways that I tried to be very effective in whitening teeth the natural way. These works for me. I a 1/4 cup water I add at least a few drops of hydrogen peroxide volume 20. Then I wet my toothbrush with hydrogen peroxide to brush it. Then I gargle it with the water mixed with hp. Second is that I brush my teeth with baking soda, taking care not to brush the gum too much because baking soda might be too abrasive. It can be done maybe twice or three times a week. I believe that hp too can freshen breath naturally because it is also a germ killer.

My friend told me to try baking soda. used it as replace to your toothpaste.
