Now, when I say "What a workout!" thats what I literally mean. I'm new to this whole self employment business and I wake up everyday with massive amounts of energy but no matter what I do, the feeling of "oh god, I HAVE to go work," even though I have someone to make the schedule for employees the next day. Don't get me wrong, its fun and all, having your own business, acting bossy sometimes just because I can, it makes me feel great!; but at the height of excitement, out of work, the thought of working the next day creeps in and screws the rest of the day for me.
Up and coming business owners, self employed family heads (Hope that makes sense), how do you feel about work the next day when you wake up when something either exciting, horrible or in between happened the night before? What gives you motivation to continue working everyday (other than anything related to family because thats MOSTLY everyone's motivation)?

Well, I have to admit that sometimes being self-employed is a good excuse to goof around or to do a half-baked job. Never mind distractions and procrastination, it is always a struggle for me to get out of the bed and motivate myself that I am going to be do some serious work today. Compared to people with regular and stable jobs, doing the same routine over and over again with the option of quitting the work (or abandon it entirety) is a always a big temptation.
My fellow acquaintances often tell (or snide at me) that I should be happy that I am my own boss and have my own free time. What they don't realize is that I also put a great deal of effort just to motivate myself to work, despite the nature of my job and some privileges it contains. Being self-employed is not all rosy and easy, like many others would like to think.

I would really enjoy working as a boss,Though I am not the boss but just one of couple of employees for my boss. I like the concept of me bossing around, get the work done as I desire it to be and than i have my own timings and work schedules. I know that every job has its pros and negativity, but if we do what we love or love what we do it's much easier. Always my motivation is seeing my self as a successful and most respected person in the eyes of whole world and especially my kids and family. One I day I do want to become a boss and manage a business. I am working on it, not no there yet. You are the boss, just keep focused on what you need to do and enjoy what you are doing. You will definitively wake up with so much energy and enthusiasm.
