Lots of people say education backgroud means success. But Bill gate gave you a totally different answer. what I would like to say is that Bill Gate is a genius. So is it true that a doctoral student would get more than a postgraduate? To be honest,I am confused over this topic. what is your idea?

Dear friend,
There are other factors too that would be needed just than qualifications. One should know how to use it in the right place. Business knacks to earn more and more profits and expanding oneself. The other one which is most needed is the luck. I could also see that there are lots of business people with mere education earning more than those professional and well educated people. May be I feel it is the faith that plays in life.......

hi,friend,
You said that"one should know how to use it in the right place". I cannot agree with you more. Each person has his strongpoint. And the most important thing is how to use it in the right place. You won't succeed in wrong place .With no doubt, luck is also a very important factor of being successful. Nobody knows his own destiny. Just do our best to pursuit dreams.

It depends what job the doctoral and postgrad students are going for. If they both want to be street-sweepers, they'll earn the same.
Holding a doctorate is really only important if your ideal career requires it: if you're headed into research or things like advanced medicine or law. Otherwise, it holds some weight but is only as useful as another person's experience.
When it comes down to it, you're just as likely to land a job without a doctorate (assuming the job doesn't NEED one) as without one. And the pay will probably be exactly the same: employers decide their pay based on the position, not on the employee.

Education background is not the only factor influencing your income. Factors like personality or attitude can make a difference. Like if you are shy and not an aggressive person, even if you are a person with a doctoral degree, you will not be able to interact with your clients well and hence you are not suitable to work in the financing or banking sectors, which suppose to be a sector that can bring you a lot of money if you perform well.
Also, for some people, they may think enjoying family life is more important than their career (it relates to their working attitude), they may not may much attention to their work and it definitely affects their income. So I should say, no matter how brilliant your education background is, if you do not work hard, you will just earn a little.
