How do you pray? Do you pray with your own word or praying "our Father" or "Ave Maria"? Personally I do them all. Another intresting thing; to speak loud when you pray, or in the deepest silence?

hi Bobbosheaven, i pray in silence. i pray with my heart..i usually start with the prayers i was taught when i was young like "Our Father". I also have my novena prayers once in awhile but most of the time I just say and pray what is in my heart and in my mind each day. i love to pray, it is my moment when i thank God, when i ask Him to wipe my sadness, it is my moment when i tell Him who and what hurt me. take care... faith210

I am a Catholic since birth. I know how to pray, we've been taught in our school and at home by my parents. I am not as religious as others but i do pray, a lot. My style of praying to God is just like i have a one and one talk with HIM. First I have to thank you and then ask for forgiveness and tell my wishes. And to end it, i will have to offer and short prayer. My time preference is before sleeping time or before rising up in the morning when it's so quite and cool.
