My Question for christian friend

I am muslim. I live in UAE. I am just curious to know. What christianity offer If someone convert to christianity. I mean how one's life changed after he convert to christianity. There are so many sects of christinity., who is following the right path of Jesus (pbuh).

The exact same question could be asked about Islam. I'm no expert on Islam, but there are sects within Islam as well, which sect is following the right path? for the record im not Christian or a Muslim.
