when you are sick, how you do?

This a few day , i always sick. My face now is swelling, and feel headache, feel really suffer. My friend always ask me go visit doctor and take MC, but i worry waste money then just buy some medicine.
So how about you? would you go visit doctor when sick ? or just go buy medicine? Or just let it be?

My face used to swell when I was in the 6th grade. it was really embarrassing for me coz i looked so different, and funny actually. It happened often, like maybe once a month. My parents took me to the doctor and I had allergies he said. I think it's best for you to go to the doctor and treat your swollen face.
I don't really like to go to the doctors but if it's something serious, i go.

it depends on how sick I am. I have insurance so when I am really sick (not just a cold) I usually go to the doctor. When I have a flu or something I just wait it out. When there is no changing after a few days I will go to the doctor.
Do you not have insurance for your doctors visits? Here it is mandatory, by law you must have an insurance for your health. So here people do not worry about yes or no to the doctor. However I am not keen on going there I will when I have to.

Actually, I'm sick right now too. A awful flu started on last Tuesday and I'm still feeling the symptoms. Last week, I couldn't even get off the bed. I had a fever, but now I'm better. I'm still with headache, cough and runny nose.
My dad and my sister are doctors, so, I it's not hard to me to find a doctor. They don't live with me, but, everytime that I'm sick, they come to take care of me.
