Hello, everyone.when you buy something from the ebay site, would you like give the feedback before you receive your item or after receive the item?
The postive feedback and 5-stars are very important for the seller, especially for the new seller.Have you given the low grades to the seller?
If the seller promise to resend one or refund, would you like revise the negative
feedback?
What do you think on the feedback?

I only ever give feedback once the transaction is completed and I have received the goods. If the goods were faulty and needed to be returned, I would, naturally, rate the seller on the speed and efficiency with which he/she resolved the problem.
I would certainly NEVER give feedback before I received the goods! That would be completely wrong.

No. I NEVER give feedback until the deal is done and I receive the goods. Even if it's only a cent (plus the shipping, of course, which is where the seller is making a profit on that sort of deal), if I don't receive the goods as described, it's still a scam.
Feedback is a courtesy which a customer can offer as a way of saying thank you. It is NOT something which any seller should expect as a right or pressure his customers into providing, especially BEFORE the deal is done!
I know that all sellers (and new sellers especially) value good feedback. The proper way to get it is to provide an excellent service and that includes delivering the goods as described within a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost AND giving a prompt and friendly follow-up service if the customer is dissatisfied. You only deserve to earn positive feedback once the customer is completely satisfied.

Hi there. It doesn't really make sense to give feedback BEFORE a buyer gets the item. The transaction really has to be completed first so you can know whether it was worth dealing with the seller or not.
This way, you could ascertain that you received the item in great condition, in a timely manner, and if it was worth your money and if the transaction were painless.
You'd also do great to rate the seller on how he communicated with you. It's only logical to wait until it's been completed, rather than BEFORE you've had concrete evidence that the goods would be in your hands. :)

If buy something from the seller, there is no reason why should not give one. I should give good feedback because I bought the goods. Secondly, I want to buy it but i do not funds to buy it and give good feedback, it is like to store normal store and say, hi that is good shoe or bike etc, in virtual store like ebay, it is good to give a positive feedback.
