I sleep at least eight hours a day
I think everyone should sleep so it can and is willing to return to work.
But not to be overdone with sleep as we sleep to rest more so because we are lazy and relaxed.
Best bet is to have a sleep mode.
nice day!

well i used to sleep 6 hrs daily, i think sleeping more than that is a waste of time in life, ofcourse it is good for health to sleep to regain energy, sometimes i sleep more than 6hrs when i sleep at night little late, its not good to sleep all the time, the more work you do or tire yourself the more sleep you will be needing in life.

Yes friend long hours sleeping and without tension free sleeping is best for our health. Because if sleeping is not properly then next full days is disturbed and for body lots of problems may create.

Hi Deni, Sleep is very important for our body and mind. With Sleeping, the body and mind refreshed after our activity. I think one supporting a person's succes in his career, may be determined by one's dicipline in managing hours of good sleeping.
Good sleeping certainly in the evenings starting at around 22.00 o clock at nihgt, and duration ranged between 6 0r 8 hours.

try www.sleepyti.me It calculates when you sleep and when you should wake up.
Have you ever noticed that when you sleep or nap in a short period of time, you feel much more energized than sleeping for a long time? This website considers this sleeping chart where it indicates when your body is in deep sleep and light sleep.
Simply, the site calculates that you should wake up just as your body is leaving the deep sleep mode. Note that this graph or chart cannot be found in that website, though I have seen a copy at my school. Its a funny chart, as it peaks and dips and it is very specific. By specific I mean, if you sleep for at least 30 seconds more than you should, your body will feel really tired. But if you wake up at the exact point, you will feel like you can run a marathon.
Also sleep is aged dependent, they state 8 hours is best, as it is the average amount of time you should sleep. At young age, teens, adolescents, you should be sleeping 8-10 hours. But as an adult, surprisingly 7 hours of sleep is good enough, unless you are really tired after a full day of working your body.
