I feel I‘m fat recently.Some one see me,he will says:"you're fat."it is trouble me.Two months later,I'll wedding.And in China,the youth think the thinner is beauty.Everyone wants to have a perfect wedding with beautiful veil and others well-wishing.The weil in the fuit person will more beautiful. So I want to lose fat.but it need perseverance and good methots.Sometimes I can't help to eating cate.And I have not enough time to exercise.I know it's time to make a discion to do that,Please give me support.
