Do you know the causes why the computer could not start?

The problem has troubled me since a month ago when I used a USB key and got some virus.I could not just start my Windows 7.Every time I turned on my computer,I found that my computer could not start,and I had to press the power key to turn it off,and turn it on again and again.After trying several times,it could start.I didn't know what the real cause was,because the anti-virus soft had showed that it had killed all the viruses.Yesterday,I took my computer to the after-sale service,where the manager told me that I had to change my hardware,which would cost me some money.
Have you ever experienced such affairs?How do you deal with the problems?

In such cases I usually remove the battery and then refit after 20 seconds. normally it will become alright in most occasions. good luck

In most cases I usually just remove the battery and put it back again. This usually works most of the time. If you suspect that your computer had been infected by a virus, just bring it to a professional and see what they can do with it. They'll most likely run an anti-virus on it and remove it. It's worth spending on it if your computer contains important files, which is the case almost every time.

Hello , I do not know that what brand is your computer .Do you do again for your computer system ,if you can do it, meaning is that you donot change your hardware .
is your computer a laptop or desktop ?
if it is laptop you can only let after-sale service manager change your hardware ,if not ,you can first do computer system again ,looking its problem is software or hardware.
if it is not software , you can pull out each parts,see which parts of the problem is .you need not to pull out all parts ,you pull out the memory ,if it has not alarm sound,it meaning that computer mainboard has problem you can find only after -sale service ,if it has alarm sound , you need to wipe the gold finger on memory again .
