Doing exercises in the morning!

I just like the air of the morning and after exercising,my whole day seems refresh!

Doing exercise in the early morning, doing gym is good to our health, but it is not so easy, it is so important that we have to overcome the laziness. Then we can do regularly day by day without absence we have to do it as our duty to live healthily.
In rural life, we do agricultural works in the early morning.

Hey,thanks for sharing..This indeed need not easy for us.Especially in the morning and it's not easy to get up early if last night was tired...But if we think for another angle,this is good for our health.So why not just overcome it. If we do regular ,we could definitely enjoy it then.. Have a nice day!

I cant ever motivate myself enough to exercise in the morning. However,I can at night. Lately I have not been exercising that much. I have however, got a new puppy so I take him on lots of walks. Because I have to watch him every moment of the day that doesnt leave me much time to go to the gym. I dont know maybe thats just my excuse but I am sticking to it lol. I am glad mornings work for you.
