I`m trying to stay neutral on the subject, But I cant feel that justice was properly done in this case.
It is my opinion that Casey Anthony is a very cold and bad person regardless of what the 12 Jurors decided.
I was driving to my Doctors appointment when I heard the news and I literally got a knot in my stomach.
Once Again I try to stay as Neutral as Possible and always have been, but this case really hit home hard. I watched the trial on CNN`s live feed whenever possible and even went as far as keeping notes.
I believe, Especially in a state like Florida which supports the Death Penalty, She was 50/50 she could of received it.
I even believe her parents believed she was getting the death penalty that is why her mother Cindy lied and said she was the one who looked up Chloroform, Even though her work schedule showed it was impossible that she could of searched it since she was at work when all the internet searching took place.
George and Cindy made it clear they would do anything they could so she would not have to be sitting on Death Row.
In a Sick Way its ironic, Cindy the person who initially called 911 because we all know Casey Anthony was not gonna call.
Cindy could be facing more jail time then "tot mom" for lying under oath.. perjury.
Throughout the trial, Casey kept a stone cold face the entire time, She even grinned when her step father or whatever was on the stand crying I believe about how he tried to kill himself.
Casey Anthony`s Defense Lawyers, were so shocked that they did not even ask the judge to release her that day which if they had asked she probably would of been released.
When I was at the Doctors office, Everyone was watching the news and the man next to me said it does not matter her life is ruined and I thought for a second and agreed with him, but I don't believe that is the case.
Shes gonna make serious serious $$$$ doing interviews, Not to mention write a book.
The whole thing reminds me of the OJ Simpson Trial all over again.
I am still shocked by the outcome of this case, I did not think she would get the death penalty but I thought she would get life in jail or something similar at least 20 years in jail.
Like they said, Under Double Jeopardy Casey Anthony could go and hold a press conference and say "Yes I killed my daughter, this is how I did it and so on", and never have to worry about spending a day in prison under Double Jeopardy.
I would really like to hear your comments regarding this, Thank You for taking the time to read my post and I would love to hear everyone's responses.
Thank You

LIke many others have said here, the law was served! Justice might not have been served, but the law is the law and it says "beyond reasonable doubt" which the prosecution did not seem to be able to present that. There is no evidence that proves that she killed Caylee! All of the noise we heard about the case and all the rumors that we heard have caused many people to believe that she is guilty, but we also need to remember that the facts were heard in court and there is just no evidence to prove that she killed that child.
We may not like the way that she handled things with her daughter missing. We really don't know where Caylee was when Casey was at the parties and it really isn't any of the public's business where she was - only who and when she was killed.
I believe that we truly have destroyed a young woman's life with the country believing something that is not true. I believe that one day we will know who killed this innocent baby and I don't think it will be Casey!

Personally this is not something I would want to Write about. Not sure what to believe on everything as well. A little disappointed that it turned out the way it did, but I honestly think her parents are involved somehow more than is led on. I often wonder why sometimes in cases like this Justice is never really served, and it gives parents a right to think they can Abuse or murder their kids and get away with it just because someone else did.
